Tasks with unclear deadlines that contribute to long-term success.

  • Examples:
    • Planning your business strategy.
    • Investing in personal development.
    • Building key relationships.
  • Tips:
    • Time-block these in your calendar.
    • Only schedule if it’s truly important to you. Otherwise, say no.

Thoughts: These tasks contribute to growth and improvement. They can be easily overlooked but are essential for long-term success.

3. Delegate (Urgent but Not Important)

Tasks that must get done but don’t require your specific skill set.
